The Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) has announced that Brad Pareso has decided to step down from his role as president. The FTA and FFTA Board of Directors extends its gratitude to Pareso for his leadership and dedication during his tenure.

As the search begins for a new president, the FTA will be led in the interim by its experienced long-term staff members, Joe Tuccitto, FTA’s director of education, and Jay Kaible, FTA’s director of membership and business development. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and stability to the organization and will ensure a smooth transition and continued support for FTA members and partners.

The search for Pareso’s successor will be guided by a dedicated search committee selected by the FTA and FFTA Board of Directors and assisted by Workplace Advisors, a national recruiting organization.

More details will be provided as the search progresses. The FTA appreciates members and stakeholders for their continued support of the organization.
